> Children between 90 centimetres and 122 centimetres will require a separate Kid ticket.
> Adult 123 Centimetres and above will require a separate Adult Ticket.
> The Management may change the height / age criteria without any prior notice.
> Please carry the printout of the E-Ticket and exchange it for a valid ticket at our parks.
> Tickets are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be offered for resale.
> No two promotions / offers can be clubbed or combined.
> Activities will be used by guests as per queue, hopping or jumping in the queue is strictly prohibited.
> Lockers are available on first come first serve basis, subject to availability.
> Guest must use nylon or Lycra swimsuits in the swimming pool, available on the sale only.
> Guests shall not bring their own food and beverages into the park, only water bottle is allowed. Infant foods are allowed.
> No offensive behaviour shall be permitted in the park.
> No advertising in any form by the public in the park is permitted.
> No Pets, Skateboards, roller blades, radios, bicycles etc. allowed in the park.
> Dogs are allowed on prior information on chargeable basis.
> Smoking is allowed only inside the smoking zone.
> All children of age 8 and under are permitted entry subject to a responsible adult supervision.
> All signage inside the park are in English. If any instruction is unclear, please ask guest services for assistance.
> Wrist bands and tickets are non-transferable and must be retained by guest until they leave the park premises.
> Certain activities are subject to age, height and other, especially medically related restrictions, please consult boarding notice at each activities.
> Performances, operating times, prices, availability of activities and other facilities are subject to change without notice or refunds at management's discretion.
> Under no circumstances, management or the owners accept liability for any losses or damage sustain by any person howsoever, arising.
> Please exercise caution around the activities inside the park, as management will not held responsible for any incident whatsoever. All facilities are being used at own risk.
> Management reserves the right to limit entry into the park and / or to evict any person, without refund, not abiding by the general rule and boarding notices.
> No firearms or other dangerous objects are allowed inside the park at any circumstances and any offenders will be prosecuted without exception.
> It may not be possible that one or more activities may not be operational for reasons beyond our control, we request to bear with us and enjoy other rides instead.
> Pricing, park timing, closure of park and attractions are subject to change without notice.
> Any form of skin or food allergy needs to be declared in advance. Guest with skin allergy may not be allowed in swimming pools and some activities.
> Please ensure that you have removed all your belongings from the locker when you intent to exit from park and/or to evict any person without refund, not abiding by the general rule and boarding notices.
> Guests are informed that we may photograph /videograph, record or reproduce the images and/or voice during their visit to our parks. Such photographs/video recordings may be used for promotional purposes for which no payment will be made to any such person.
< No beverages including water bottles and eatables. Guests are advised to leave their items in their vehicles.
< No weapons or any sharp objects.
< No explosives, matchboxes and tobacco.
< No guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be allowed in premises.
< No re-entry is allowed.
